Framed formwork
PANAWALL and PANAWALL Plus formwork systems are craneoperated wall formwork systems for use in residential, engineering and infrastructure constructions.
Quality 18 mm multilayer panel, special construction of 13 layers of glued birch veneers. The surface of these plywood panels are coated as standard with dark brown phenolic resin film 220 g/ m² on each side.
The formwork profiles is made of high quality fine-grain steel: with profile height PW – 100 mm and with profile height PWP – 140 mm.

PANADECK &
PANADECK Plus
Slab formwork
PANADECK is a beamless modular slab formwork system. The panels are laid directly onto a prop head, which may be either fixed or drop-head. The 150 x 150 cm standard module in a square arrangement is particularly suitable for reinforced concrete requirements.
PANADECK Plus is the modular slab formwork with beams and drop-heads. The grid spacing is determined by the panels, which are laid continuously and without interruption on the drop-head of the beams.

PANAWALL Round
Circular formwork
PANAWALL Round is an adjustable circular formwork without steps for internal diameter starting from 2.5 m. It is suitable for the construction of structures with diameters that frequently vary.

Semi-circular formwork
The semicircular elements can be shuttered for the curves during the construction of oval pillars. They can also be used as semicircular formwork for the ends.
They may be used for mantling of curve for achievement of oval columns. May also be used for semircircle stop-ends.

Formwork for pillars
All-around formwork system for pillars with hinge mechanism:

Monolithic system with no disposalbe components.
Positioning and reinforcement
Just one crane operation is required to position the complete PANACOLUMN element on the foundation surface. The form is easily closed using the mounting lever. The alignment prop is screwed into the threaded Dywidag connection. Now just align the formwork system!
PANAMEC
Modular system for special constructions
PANAMEC is a modular system, composed of individual components and used for the construction of formworks, as a safety system as well as for support and stabilization.
PT80
Shoring towers
This modular frame system has been designed for scaffolding at high heights and is capable of supporting heavy loads. Few components are needed for quick and easy assembly and disassembly. The maximum load capacity is 80 kN per standard, corresponding to 320 kN per tower.
Each element is protected by a hot dip galvanized finishing, which increases its resistance.
Each frame is equipped with an anti-slip frame lock, an integrated access stair and various attachment points.
TMF
Single side support frame
The single side support frames are used for formwork with a single wall facing, example:
- for stop ends of foundation plates,
- for the realization of retaining walls,
- for the realization of walls against existing masonry and insulations,
- for the realization of tunnels and underground systems,
- for power plant construction and dams with large wall thickness;
